Hi,

I transferred all my data off my old PS4 to a PS4 Pro today and was told I have to rebuy the game since it’s a new console.

So I bought the ffxiv starter kit off the PS4 store and went to log in but found that when I tried to log in it kept trying to create a new service account and said it will delete my old one. Is there anything I can do to stop it trying to create a new account?

Please help.
