Hello,

I have not logged in to my Runescape account for awhile now and just tried to login yesterday but got a message on the login screen that reads "Your attempt to login was unsuccessful. Don't worry, you can sort this out by visiting the billing system". I don't know why I'm getting this message, what to do or how to visit the billing system.

Any help is appreciated.
